What does a plan cover?
One workspace (your shop). Every plan includes offline shift capture, A×P×Q OEE, machine & shift dashboards, advanced downtime / Pareto / trend analytics, the ₹-priced loss report, the daily WhatsApp report and CSV export. Higher tiers raise the plant / machine / operator limits and add scheduled reports, multi-plant dashboards, data-validation and API/ERP-IoT integration.
How does billing work?
Pay for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months — the 12-month (annual) term is the best value (roughly two months free versus the 3/6-month rate). Prices are exclusive of GST (18% is added) and billed via Razorpay, with a GST invoice on payment. A client-supplied amount is never accepted — pricing is server-side.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 15-day free trial that includes the full Professional feature set, and no card is required.
Are the advanced analytics gated?
No. Advanced downtime, Pareto and trend analytics are core and included on every tier, including Starter.
What happens when a trial or term ends?
Trial → active → a short grace period → paused. Your data is always preserved and exportable, and renewal reminders start well before a term ends.
